About the Role

As a Retail Relationship Banker, you will proactively engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions. You will support customer transactions, build relationships within the community, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will also include making credit recommendations, maintaining knowledge of banking products, and contributing to the overall customer experience.

About You

Required:

2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a financial services role.
Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.

Preferred:

Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role.
Registration to sell investment products (Canada only).
Experience with retail investments and lending products.
