Summary
Hume Christian Camps is seeking a Retail Coordinator to assist in managing all aspects of Hume Apparel and Hume Supply Co. under the direction of the Retail Supervisor in Hume, CA.
About the Role
As a Retail Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising seasonal and part-time staff, assisting in product development and design, ensuring a great guest experience, managing inventory and merchandising, and overseeing cash management. You will play a key role in training and mentoring staff while promoting the organizational mission through effective store operations.
About You
Required:
- Evidenced commitment to Jesus Christ and a desire to share the Gospel with others.
- Ability to lead and organize a team of young adults.
Preferred:
- Experience in retail and/or merchandise design.
