Summary
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Restorative CNA / PRN to join their skilled nursing facility team in Johnson City, TN. The role involves providing restorative nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
About the Role
As a Restorative CNA, you will be responsible for recording restorative documentation, completing necessary documentation in line with program guidelines, and working closely with therapists to establish nursing goals for residents. You will also assist in patient care, maintain cleanliness of therapy equipment, and ensure adherence to safety precautions and patient rights.
About You
Required:
- Current CNA certification in Tennessee.
- Current physical exam and/or free from communicable disease as required by state law.
Preferred:
- Experience in skilled rehabilitation therapy.
- Availability Monday to Saturday for approximately 6 hours/day.
