About You
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field with a corresponding clinical license in Massachusetts.
- At least four years of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and at least two years of supervisory experience.
- Additional training with specialized populations such as co-occurring disorders or DBT.
- Strong commitment to mental health recovery and ability to establish supportive relationships with diverse populations.
