- 0-2 years of clinical experience with a minimum of 6 months in critical care.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Experience in patient education and mentoring.
