About the Role
As a Residential Program Manager, you will oversee and supervise all aspects of assigned residential programs, ensuring compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations. Your responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, monitoring service delivery, conducting intakes, and ensuring quality assurance standards are met. You will also be involved in financial oversight, medication monitoring, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
- Two years of supervisory experience in a mental health-related field.
- Knowledge of the needs of the Co-Occurring D/O population.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a residential program.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in human services or a related field.
- Familiarity with Office of Mental Health regulations.
