About the Role
As a Residential Direct Support Professional/Medication Technician, you will assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), provide safe transportation, administer medications, implement goals, and maintain a clean and engaging home environment. You will work in a team-oriented setting, supporting positive behavior strategies and ensuring compliance with agency policies.
About You
Required:
- Active Medication Technician (CMT) license.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs.
Preferred:
- Compassionate, flexible, and dependable.
- DDA training.
