NFI North is seeking a Residential Counselor - Overnight to join their Transitional Housing Program team in Concord, NH. The role involves supervising daily activities of participants and providing support for adults living with mental illness.
About the Role
As a Residential Counselor, you will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling. You will facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills, and behavior. This position requires working Thursday to Sunday from 11pm to 9am.
About You
Required:
- Associates degree preferred with two years related experience and/or training.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience with participant population.
