About You
- PhD students or researchers in Machine Learning or related fields.
- In-depth understanding of machine learning with relevant experience.
- Familiarity with at least one popular machine learning framework (e.g., Pytorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Solid mathematical background and coding ability.
- Background in large language models, especially post-training or alignment.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Publications at top conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.) are a plus.
