About the Role
As a Research Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of Strategy & Insights accounts, serving as a strategic advisor in the Consumer Intelligence and Social Media space. Your responsibilities include overseeing project teams, ensuring timely project delivery, conducting complex data analysis, and developing new methodologies and tools for premier research capabilities.
About You
Required:
5+ years of commercial research experience, preferably with exposure to consumer insights and social media research.
Ability to create compelling narratives and innovative data visualizations in report deliverables.
Superb business writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong level of competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
Experience with Brandwatch Consumer Research tool or a similar social listening tool.
Willingness and capacity to coach more junior team members.
