GenScript Biotech Corporation is seeking a Research Associate, RNA Biology to join their R&D team in Redmond, WA. The role involves developing and optimizing RNA-based tools for therapeutic and research applications.
About the Role
As a Research Associate, you will perform in vitro transcription for mRNAs, conduct RNA purification, design and execute experiments to assess RNA stability and functionality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will also maintain accurate lab notebooks, organize data, and present results in team meetings.
About You
Required:
1–3 years of laboratory experience in RNA biology (industry or academic setting).
Proficiency in RNA handling techniques and enzymatic manipulations.
Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or related field.
Preferred:
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Familiarity with cell culture and transfection methods.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
