About the Role
As a Remote Commercial Collections LARGE BALANCE, you will be responsible for contacting business owners to resolve delinquency issues, ensuring compliance with recovery laws, and meeting daily call expectations. You will also manage a queue of accounts and build trust with clients to overcome objections and secure payments.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Preferred:
- 2 years of collection experience
- Knowledge of skip tracing and asset searches
