About the Role
As a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring quality care for patients through various pharmacy services. Your duties will include processing prescription information, performing claim adjudication, serving as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals, and maintaining patient records. You will work in a remote setting, focusing on customer service and problem-solving for patient care issues.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate.
- Must maintain a pharmacy technician registration with State Board of Pharmacy.
- Ability to perform in an office based (or remote) setting that requires sitting at a desk 90% of the time.
- Ability to work 9am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.

- Comfortable working in a phone based environment.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.

- Thorough drug knowledge.
- Pharmacy billing knowledge.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
