About the Role
As a BCBA Supervisor, you will develop, implement, and evaluate behavior analytic programs while supervising and training behavior technicians. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, making clinical recommendations, maintaining documentation, and providing direct services to clients as needed. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure departmental excellence and conduct staff training.
About You
Required:
- Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- BCBA certified in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- State Licensure.
- BACB Required 8-hour supervision training.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
