About the Role
As a Reliability & Maintainability Engineer, you will be responsible for developing architectures for radar and alternative energy platforms, participating in design reviews, integrating RMA data into models, conducting testing, and preparing reports for customers. You will also lead discussions on R&M improvements and optimize sparing based on system architectures.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA) analysis.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analyses and Fault Tree Analyses.
- Experience with Avsim tool for RMA system modeling.
