About the Role
As a Relationship Manager - Middle Market, you will be responsible for managing commercial lending relationships, understanding client needs, and introducing appropriate products and services. You will ensure timely completion of annual reviews, maintain a strong pipeline for portfolio growth, and achieve individual and team goals. Additionally, you will coach and support junior colleagues and act as a brand ambassador for the bank.
About You
Required:
- 6 – 10 years of experience in managing commercial lending relationships.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide appropriate responses.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred:
- Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both externally and internally.
