About the Role
As a Relationship Banker, you will take a lead role in providing an outstanding experience to Chase customers. Your responsibilities will include managing assigned customers, proactively meeting with them to build lasting relationships, and offering tailored product and service recommendations. You will also educate customers on technology and self-service options, ensuring they can access their accounts 24/7.
About You
Required:
- 1+ year of experience in Retail banking sales, Financial services sales, or a Consultative relationship sales role.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration, and Life licenses required within 180 days of hire.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Preferred:
- College degree or military equivalent.
- Professional, thorough, and organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Experience adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
