IDB Bank is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves providing expert guidance on Deposit and Lending laws and managing the Bank's Regulatory Change Management Program.
About the Role
As a Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Deposit and Lending Laws and Regulations, advising senior management and business lines on compliance matters. You will manage the Regulatory Change Management Program, oversee internal and regulatory examinations, monitor regulatory notifications, and ensure compliance with changing regulations. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and performing compliance monitoring reviews.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulatory agency or bank's Compliance or Legal Department.
- Strong knowledge of Deposit and Lending regulations such as UDAAP, Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg D, Reg E, ADA, E-Sign.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- CRCM certification.
- Fluency in Spanish or Hebrew.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
