Orlando Health is seeking a Regional Director of Facilities Management to lead and elevate their facilities operations across multiple acute care sites in Orlando, FL.
About the Role
As the Regional Director of Facilities Management, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Facilities Management policies, providing expert troubleshooting during critical downtimes, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits, mentoring teams, and collaborating on capital project planning.
About You
Required:
Associate’s degree or trade school certificate.
Minimum 10 years in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Operations within healthcare.
At least 5 years in a leadership role.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred certifications: CHFM, CFM, CPMM, or PE.
Strong background in regulatory standards, audits, and surveys.
