Pivot Bio is seeking a Regional Commercial Agronomy Lead for the Crossroads Region to manage and lead a team of Commercial Agronomists while providing agronomy support.
About the Role
As the Regional Commercial Agronomy Lead, you will oversee the regional agronomy efforts, including product performance data generation, seller training, and on-farm grower support. You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Leader on strategy, manage key relationships, and integrate technology tools for product evaluation and grower demonstrations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in agronomy with a solid understanding of agricultural crops and fertilizer inputs.
- 5+ years of experience in people management.
Preferred:
- Strong background in field sales training and technical knowledge transfer.
- Experience with precision software and technology tools for product performance evaluation.
