- 3 years of Refrigeration experience.
- General mechanical knowledge and abilities.
- Basic math skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in wide temperature range and climate conditions.
- Ability to be on-call during non-work hours.
- Must be authorized to work legally in the United States.
