- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition, or related field.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology platforms.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

The University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS) was created in 1984 when the state-owned University Hospital became a private, nonprofit organization.
