About the Role
As a Recruiter at Fay, you will manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offers across multiple roles and departments. You will proactively identify and engage passive candidates, create exceptional candidate experiences, collaborate with hiring managers, and build robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
About You
Required:
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing venture-backed startup environment.
Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles from individual contributors to senior leadership.
Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem AI, and other recruiting tools.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience tracking metrics and optimizing processes.
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
