About You
Required:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-growing venture-backed startup environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles from individual contributors to senior leadership.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Gem AI, and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting with experience tracking metrics and optimizing processes.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
