About the Role
As a Recreation Center Building Supervisor, you will work under the general supervision of the Assistant Recreation Director. Your responsibilities will include preventative maintenance of exercise equipment, assisting with program setup and cleanup, organizing the weight room, and providing customer service at the front desk. You will be expected to work part-time hours, typically two weekdays and Saturdays, not exceeding 29 hours per week.
About You
Required:
- High school degree or GED preferred.
- Knowledge of basic cardio/weight machines.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and replace broken parts.
- Good public relations and customer service skills.
- Good oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
