About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing phone calls and correspondence, supporting bookkeeping, tracking office supplies, submitting reports, sorting mail, and assisting colleagues as needed. You will work part-time, with a schedule from Monday to Friday and every other weekend.
About You
Required:
- Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
Preferred:
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
