About the Role
As a Receptionist and Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, responsible for greeting guests, managing phone calls, and maintaining a tidy reception area. You will also oversee office operations, including inventory management and equipment upkeep, and provide administrative support for various tasks and events.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suites
- Experience managing a main phone line
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk
- Ability to lift and move office equipment (up to 25 pounds)
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Familiarity with web conferencing and/or Zoom
- Prior experience as an office receptionist, office manager, or administrative assistant
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
