About You
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment focused on corporate real estate.
- Understanding of key corporate real estate industry trends.
- Experience with real estate portfolio optimization strategies.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Experience with workplace strategy and change management.
- Familiarity with real estate related information technologies and platforms.
- Experience with analytics to evaluate and optimize business processes.
- Experience applying ESG and/or sustainability concepts to CRE and FM.

- Competitive salary range of $102.5k–$188.9k.
