About the Role
As an RBT (Behavior Tech), you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct, one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques. Your responsibilities will include following Behavior Intervention Plans, collecting and recording data on client behavior, and creating a supportive environment that promotes client engagement and autonomy.
