About the Role
As a Quality Assurance and Automation Lead, you will guide the transformation of the QA team, establish best-in-class automation practices, and ensure seamless integration with Product, Program, and Engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include leading the evolution of the QA organization, designing and implementing automation frameworks, supporting Agile processes, collaborating across departments, utilizing data for team management, integrating user analytics, automating tests for various functions, setting quality policies, and mentoring QA professionals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in test automation frameworks and tools, with hands-on experience in Headless Commerce, SFCC, OMS, and automation for web and mobile platforms.
- Experience supporting Agile software development and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA).
- Strong background in automating tests for Mobile Apps, SEO, Payment, Inventory, and Pricing systems.
- Proven ability to lead and develop globally distributed QA teams.
- Advanced data analysis skills and experience leveraging metrics and analytics for quality improvement.
