About the Role
As an R&D Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to technology and product development, creating electrical designs for industrial motors, leveraging expertise in motor design for complex R&D assignments, and collaborating with various departments to ensure high-quality results.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with Electric Motors and at least 5 years in AC Induction Motors.
- Knowledge of electric motor technologies and advanced design methodologies (FEA).
- Working knowledge of UL, CSA, CE, IEEE, IEC, NEMA regulatory compliance.
Preferred:
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certifications.
- Master's Degree in Engineering.
- Experience with SAP, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
