As an R&D Food Scientist, you will support Denali's vision to be the go-to ingredient supplier by developing innovative products and solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing project work, investigating new ingredients, developing product prototypes, maintaining project documentation, and collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot production issues.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in food science or other biological science.
- 5 to 7 years of related experience, preferably with confectionery ingredients and frozen dessert formulations.
Preferred:
- Experience with dairy plant or pilot equipment for processing applications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
