About the Role
As a Quality Liaison, you will establish relationships with customers to address quality issues on-site, coordinate external sorting activities, evaluate customer complaints, and ensure compliance with quality standards. You will document test results, analyze data, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, you will represent the company professionally and adhere to health and safety regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in the automotive industry with extensive customer interaction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to represent the Company professionally.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate standard measurement tools and basic electrical equipment.
- Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Experience in the exterior mirrors product line and/or plastic painted parts.
