About the Role
As a Quality Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and enforcing quality standards, practices, and tooling. You will lead a high-performing quality engineering team, partner with various stakeholders, and ensure robust end-to-end testing and continuous improvement throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
About You
Required:
- Proven track record in software quality engineering, assurance, or testing management roles within large-scale, multi-team programs or enterprises.
- Deep expertise in E2E testing strategies, automation frameworks, and quality measurement approaches.
- Demonstrated experience implementing quality standards and governance across diverse SDLC phases and business domains.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration points, and complex system landscapes.
- Hands-on experience with modern quality tools, test automation platforms, and observability tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor functions.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including coaching and mentoring specialists.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with Liberty Mutual’s quality strategy, standards, and platforms.
- Exposure to AI-driven testing, performance engineering, or security assurance practices.
