About the Role
As a Quality Control Lead, you will be responsible for managing daily operations of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Department, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and regulatory guidelines, leading and training Quality Technicians, conducting audits, and managing continuous improvement programs. You will collaborate closely with the Production team and ensure timely completion of non-conformance investigations.
About You
Required:
- Associate's Degree in a related field (minimum).
- 4+ years of GMP experience.
- 4+ years of experience in inspection and quality control.
- 3+ years of experience in a lead/supervisory role.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience in cosmetics or chemical manufacturing.
- Experience with analytical tools/instruments (e.g., FTIR, pH meter, viscosity meter, force gauge).
- Experience working in the consumer products industry.
