About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of specimens, generating and sorting QA reports, communicating QA issues with clients, prioritizing work, resolving QA cases, and ensuring compliance with CAP and state regulations. You will also follow up on discrepancies and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience with customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
