- American Heart Association AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Active and valid State of Florida driver's license with an approved driving record.
- FL Security D License required within 90 days of hire.
- Completion of NCH Security Training Program within 6 months of hire.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Basic Security Officer Healthcare Training Course IAHSS certification.
- Experience in security within a hospital setting.
- Experience with customer service in the hospitality industry.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
