Adoration Health is seeking a PTA / Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team in San Antonio, TX. The role involves providing expert, patient-centered care in a home health setting.
About the Role
As a Home Health PTA, you will provide physical therapy services planned, delegated, and supervised by a qualified Physical Therapist. Your responsibilities include conferring with the Physical Therapist regarding patient treatment plans, communicating patient needs and progress, and maintaining documentation in compliance with regulations.
About You
Required:
- Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant by state in which practicing.
- Current Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification, in accordance with state regulations.
Preferred:
- A minimum of one year’s work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.
