About the Role
As a Psychotherapist, you will work collaboratively with a team of therapists and prescribers, managing a rapidly building caseload. You will have the flexibility to choose your working hours and conduct clinical work from home. Regular team meetings will be held virtually to discuss patient cases and clinical topics. The position emphasizes evidence-based care and aims to improve access to mental health services.
About You
Required:
- Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.) and open to licensing in alternative states.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Solid computer and basic technology skills.
Preferred:
- Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist.
- Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community.
