The Support Network is seeking a Provider Growth Lead to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves expanding and enhancing the provider team by attracting top-tier therapists and psychiatrists to increase access to quality care.
About the Role
As a Provider Growth Lead, you will be responsible for scaling the community of therapists and psychiatrists through a full-cycle sales motion. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective providers and work cross-functionally to translate insights from your sales process into actionable products and processes that support the mission of The Support Network.
About You
Required:
3-4 years experience in consultative sales, preferably in a startup environment or with small businesses.
Experience building strong relationships and closing prospective hires.
Strong communication skills over video, phone, and email.
A deeply-rooted work ethic and a desire for continuous improvement.
Preferred:
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to new approaches.
Experience experimenting with various tactics to generate leads and sell.
Analytical skills to identify effective investment channels.
