About the Role
As a Counselor/Case Manager, you will be responsible for conducting needs assessments, developing goals with clients, providing follow-up support, and managing a caseload. You will also coordinate with external services, document client interactions, and participate in community relations to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a supported housing environment.
- Experience working with substance abusers, chronically homeless, and/or re-entry populations.
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Experience with running groups and/or providing SUD counseling.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, Housing First, and Harm Reduction services.
- Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population.
