About the Role
As a Proposal Writer, you will be responsible for identifying and writing content for RFx responses, crafting proposal narratives, contributing to strategy development sessions, and ensuring consistency across proposal sections. You will also gather information from subject matter experts (SMEs), manage tight deadlines, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in federal proposal writing or at least three years of proposal writing experience with prior experience in technical writing or reporting.
- Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent experience in a related position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Preferred:
- Shipley methodology training or certification.
- Familiarity with government procurement and federal RFP compliance.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating via virtual meetings and digital platforms.
