About the Role
As a Property Specialist, you will maintain the Property Management SharePoint site, manage contract codes, oversee equipment disposition, and execute the donation process for excess equipment. You will also generate tax reports, manage property-related tickets, train receivers, and ensure compliance with audit requirements. The position requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with SharePoint and property management systems.
Preferred:
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint financial systems.
- Proficiency in using Ivalua Source-to-Pay solutions.
- Familiarity with audit requirements and compliance standards (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
- Proven experience with property management tracking systems.
