As a Property Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing resident service requests, delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist in preparing reports and support continuous process improvements for service operations.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a customer service/vendor coordination role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills—written and verbal.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Preferred:
- Experience in a full-service SFR (Single-Family Rental) platform.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
