Summary
TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a Property Management Specialist II to join their team in Portsmouth, VA. The role involves supporting property management tasks for the Federal Government and requires a Tier 1 Public Trust clearance.
About the Role
As a Property Management Specialist II, you will be responsible for reviewing requisition and shipping documents, preparing turn-in documents, accompanying excess equipment to DLA sites, tracking property, updating inventory records, conducting physical inventories, and submitting reports. You will also assist with maintaining the DLA staging area and ensuring compliance with property management regulations.
About You
Required:
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one
- High School Diploma or Associate’s degree
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle check
- Five (5) years of proficiency in MS applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of data
- Ability to frequently lift and carry equipment weighing up to 10 pounds
- Ability to periodically push and pull carts or pallets weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to periodically stand and bend for extended periods
Preferred:
- Five (5) years of property administration and IT inventory management experience
