About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 7+ years of accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) regulations.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in real estate accounting and analytics.
- Fluent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
