Summary
Element Consulting Inc. is seeking a Project Manager IV (College Project Director) to lead construction projects for Mission College within the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD).
About the Role
As the College Project Director, you will lead a construction team, train staff on policies, execute quality management systems, report to the Program Management Office, develop contract documents, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
About You
Required:
- 15 years experience in management of multiple construction projects, particularly within a large Capital Improvement program.
- BA or BS in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or a closely related field.
Preferred:
- Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Knowledge of all parts of the project life cycle, including master planning, design, and closeout.
- Experience with web-based project management systems such as Proliance.
- Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects.
- A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer in California.
