Summary
Warfel Construction Company is currently searching for a Project Manager to join our team based in East Petersburg, PA. The role focuses on providing ongoing customer satisfaction, assuring repeat business, and keeping projects on schedule and on budget.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects and project teams, ensuring effective communication with clients and design teams, coordinating project start-up meetings, establishing detailed schedules, managing subcontractor agreements, and overseeing cost management. You will also attend job site meetings to ensure smooth communication among all parties involved.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of a four-year degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience on construction projects similar to those of Warfel Construction.
- Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar, including client relationship management, budget and schedule management, and team leadership.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on organization and multitasking.
