Summary
Process Alliance is seeking a Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager in delivering the design, construction, C&Q, and site activities for a new biopharmaceutical drug product manufacturing site in Lebanon, IN.
About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will participate in sourcing, scheduling, planning, and managing process equipment activities. You will lead change management, track procurement progress, support equipment commissioning, and collaborate with various teams to ensure project success. Your role will also involve risk management, field progress tracking, and project closeout responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience delivering large scale capital projects for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Proficiency in process equipment design, specification, and validation.
- Experience with process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and equipment layout.
- Familiarity with automation systems (PLC/SCADA), utilities, and HVAC in cleanroom environments.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred:
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience in Mega Capital Projects delivery.
- Good knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and ICH guidelines.
- Good understanding of equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process validation.
