About You
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required; Civil Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years civil engineering experience with a background in public works facilities.
- Knowledge of real property titles, rights-of-way, platting, and legal descriptions is necessary.
- Must already be a registered P.E. and become registered in the State of Arkansas within 12 months of employment.
- Experience with water and wastewater systems, streets, drainage, and land development.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in word processing programs, spreadsheets, and technical/analytical software.
