About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will manage sales projects from order booking to completion, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Your responsibilities will include scheduling installations, maintaining documentation, and liaising with internal departments to support customer needs. You will also validate program accuracy, manage project backlogs, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

About You

Required:

Associate degree plus 3 years of experience in inside sales, project coordination, or project management.
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office 365.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree.
1-3 years of sales and customer service experience.
Previous experience with Boon Edam or in the construction industry.
Fluency in Spanish (reading and writing).
